Bio: Bruce is a serial entrepreneur founding 3 companies, Tandem HR, Benefits Solutions Group and Alliance Workplace Solutions. In 2011 he purchased Workplace Solutions EAP thus creating the Tandem Family of Companies. When not working (which is rare) Bruce is involved in many philanthropic organizations and enjoys genealogy research, and mentoring college students. Bruce is married to Cheryl Leon and the proud father of 4 daughters and a new son – in – law!
