Please join Jacci Andersen, Certified Laughter Leader – Expert, to find out how using humor during difficult times can help improve your physical and mental health at work and at home.
  • Jacci will share some interesting statistics on how work can be impacted by stressed-out, unengaged employees.  She will also share a couple ways to introduce laughter into the work environment and ideas around how to change your mindset to “Find the Funny” in everyday life’s adversities.
  • Be ready to laugh out loud and be ‘silly’.  It will be beneficial to be in a location where you can literally laugh out loud and move around.  You will feel the effects of laughter within 10 minutes.  The residual effect can last for 24-48 hours (provided you keep the stress under control).
