Stephanie (Leese) Emrich's life is devoted to creating experiences for others' ultimate enjoyment! Her career focus is keynote speaking, training and consulting the Customer Experience through her firm ServiceSpeaks.
Inspired by her grandfather's Disney World-area hotel at age 8, Stephanie's own customer service journey began at Chicago's Five-Star Drake Hotel. From event planner (Super Bowl, World Cup, Presidential Inauguration...) to distinguished Les Clefs d’Or  Concierge to 20+ years as college professor, each role connects to a WOW service experience.

hanie founded ServiceSpeaks in 2010, where her signature "Be My Guest" mantra motivates and structures organizations to shift from a transactional to an experiential culture. As Founding President of the National Customer Service Association (NCSA) Chicagoland, every day centers on high-touch interactions and an indelible imprint. She serves on a variety of professional and community boards, is an avid community volunteer, and produces/directs a play called "Love, Loss, and What I Wore" for non-profits. Stephanie & her husband travel extensively, most recently to India, Argentina, China and Ireland. She is rather happy to announce the first of her 4-book series is in its final stages!
