Welcome to the BEA Website. Help is provided for each page on the BEA
Website by clicking on the help icon
at the bottom of the menu to the left.

The Main page is divided into three sections: the top, left, and main. In the top section to the right of the graphic is the contact shortcuts. The left section contains the navigation menu. The main section displays the contents for each of the menu options. If you are not a member of the BEA or have not logged in yet, you are limited to the BEA's address and the contact information for the Executive Secretary. You can send an email to the Executive Secretary by clicking on the the email shortcut.

After you logon, you are provided with the contact information for all of the BEA Officers and Directors.
At anytime you can send an email to the BEA Executive Secretary or to the BEA Webmaster by clicking on the desired word "BEA' or 'Webmaster' in the top section.

The menu options are sensitive to your access level (Non-member, Member, and Administrator respectively). Note that Members and the Administrator need to use all of the menu options to enjoy the full value of the BEA Website.

Returns you to the
main BEA Home page.
Allows Members and
Non-Members to read the current and past issues of the BEACON Newsletter.
This option allows the Administrator to Add and upload new newsletters.
Allows Members and
Non-Members to see the BEA Meeting and Activity schedule. The option
allows the Administrator to maintain the master schedule.
Allows Non-Members to
see a list of the BEA Member company and representative names. It allows
Members to view all of the contact information for BEA Members and
representatives as well as providing links for email and to member websites.
Allows Non-Members to
see advertised specials posted by members for the general public. It
allows Members to see specials posted by Members for Members-Only and for the
general public.
Allows Members to
login to the BEA Website. After logging in, the menu will change to
included one of the above additional sections based on the Members access
level. If the menu does not change, click on your browser 'Refresh'
button.
Provides page
sensitive help information.

Allows Members to
submit their bi-weekly activity reports.
Allows Members to
view current and past Bulletins. It allows the Administrator to Add and
upload new Bulletins.
Allows Members to
manage their Specials.
Allows Members to
update their personal profile. When changes are made, an email is sent to
the Executive Secretary so that the updated information can be approved and made
available on the Website.
Allows Members to
update their company information. When changes are made, an email is sent
to the Executive Secretary so that the updated information can be approved and
made available on the Website.

Allows the
Administrator to view all of the Member transactions submitted for each
meeting. The Administrator can enter additional transactions as required
to record activity not entered directly on the Website.
Allows the
Administrator to view the status of activity report submission for each
meeting. The Administrator can update the status of report submission to
record reports not entered directly on the Website.
Allows the
Administrator to view all of the Member transactions submitted during any
calendar year.
Allows the
Administrator to Add, Edit, and Delete BEA Members. From this screen, the
Administrator can identify the Primary and Alternate representatives for each
Member.
Allows the
Administrator to Add, Edit, and Delete Member personnel.
Allows the
Administrator to update the BEA data that is displayed on the main page of the
BEA Website.
