The Schedule module provides Members and Non-Members with a view of the scheduled BEA activities and the Administrator with the ability to maintain the BEA Schedule. The ScheDule screen looks as follows:

The Administrator screen includes 'Refresh' and 'Add Schedule' buttons. Additionally, the dates for existing meetings provide links that allow the Administrator to modify or delete a scheduled item. The 'Refresh' button is used to refresh the scheduled items after a new item has been added or an existing item updated or deleted.
